[Plugin: Tag Managing Thing] Tested working on 2.9

FYI this plugin works as described on 2.9

small mod was to comment out line 249 in TagMangaingThing.php
//alert("no tag");
This removes the anoying alert popup when clicking in the field initially. Don’t why this was added to the code.
