plugin tabs are listed under tools

when I install and activate 3.1.2 S&R I get 5 entries called “Search & Replace” appearing under the main wp dashboard Tools bar. Each of the 5 entries are links to the relevant S&R tabs for the plugin, that is the third link called Search & Replace takes me to the third tab “Replace Domain URL” the fourth to the “SQL Import” tab.
