[Plugin: Table of content] Instyle Css – Bad Practice

Why the Css is printed instyle way?

Too bad. Liked the plugin but this instyle css thing is bad for pages.
It must go to css file.

I can see that developer tried to make it customizable as much as he can, but this thing is not needed.
