# [Plugin: Tabify Edit Screen] Metaboxes order

 * Looks like custom ordering of metaboxes doesn’t work.
    For example, I drag Slug
   to appear after Author, but post edit page remains the same, meaning that order
   of these metaboxes doesn’t change.
 * And, as already mentioned, it doesn’t recognize metabox by Yoast SEO – the only
   one so far I’ve noticed the plugin doesn’t ‘see’.

 * I see.
    Well, then the most bugging issue is with Yoast SEO plugin. Haven’t seen
   issues with other plugins (yet) 🙂

 * I did fix the issue with Yoast his plugin. It’s most likely you still need to
   use a filter to enable the fix since the way I fix it is ugly and it’s not my
   mistake to fix.
 * The problem is the weird lazy loading what that plugin does and because of that
   I can’t use the WordPress action (add_meta_boxes) to get all the meta boxes of
   a post type

 * That file shouldn’t be existing in my plugin and when I got time I hope I can
   help out developers to get if proper fixed in their plugins
