[Plugin: Tabber Tabs Widget] Special Characters in widget title.

Hi,
Thanks for great plugin.
Have noticed that special characters in the widget title do not display properly. Tested with text widget as well.

so Q & A appears as Q & amp ; A (without the spaces)

and so on ?

Any solution much appreciated !
