  • Just tried three different SyntaxHighlighter-based plug-ins on a WordPress 3.1 installation. Without ever touching the visual editor (and including disabling it on the user profile), characters like “>” are always listed as “>”. Disabling the plug-in, both “>” and “>” are displayed as “>”.

    Disable all other plugins. I bet one of them is causing it. I’ve been running WordPress 3.1 alpha/beta/RC for months with no issues.

    Disabling all other plug-ins (except Akismet) didn’t solved the problem.
