[Plugin-Syntax Highlighter Evolved] Removing query string from js and css

I am using version 3 of syntax highlighter through the syntax Highlighter plugin and one of the issue is that for js and css, the version number is getting appended as query string. Is there any way to get rid of version numbers and always use the latest version?
