1) Is there a way to remove the fields for telephone number from the ticket form?
2) The default view is the ticket status form. Can it instead be the new ticket form? or if the user is logged in and has tickets, the list of their tickets?
Also, one seeming bug. Maybe it's not something that is controlled by the ticket system or WP. Basically I logged in to an account and filled out a ticket. An e-mail was properly sent to the gmail account associated with that account. When I clicked on the link in the e-mail it took me to the ticket status page, and filled in the e-mail address and ticket number, but the e-mail address was missing the @ so the form didn't work. The link itself has %40 in the spot where the @ is in the address. Any idea why the @ is getting dropped from the field, and if so how to fix this?
