  • I am on WP 3.3.1 and I had Osticket actually installed on a hosted server and it was running fine. The only reason i went with this plugin is so I could protect the ticketing system from random tickets.

    In any case I had 1.4.4 plugin installed and everything seemed to work. But, then I started getting php errors in my WP panel. This is only after working with this plugin and different versions for several weeks – a little frustrating.

    So, today I installed 2.0.6 for the third time thinking it would do a upgrade of some sort from 1.4.4 and now the whole admin Support Ticket panel in WP dashboard is gone and is making the plugin completely unusable. I am also getting this message – You downloaded version 2.0.6 and need to upgrade your database (currently at version 1.4.4).

    I am on php 5.0

    Is this fixable?
    Is this plugin still being developed?

    I was thinking of paying for the plugin for the pro-version. But, my experience so far has not been that great.
