    We all know that Contact Form 7 is the best, how about this becomes the BEST support ticket system :)

    I mean its pretty flawless... maybe one future can be that the USER can reopen the ticket because once the admin closes it the ticket is closed... I guess this isnt a major deal any way. Has anyone found bugs for this?

    Yeah. @danka said this was "abandonware" ... and with no new responses to so many basic problems I am afraid this is true.

    Users can't tell if they've sent a ticket, so they click the send button multiple times and I get 5 tickets and they receive no email.

    PLUS, if you close a ticket, the ticket is deleted from the system. The ticket should stay in the system and status change to "Closed" until the admin deletes the ticket - because sometimes the user wants to re-open a ticket .. or I want to see a history of the support issues.
