# [Plugin: Support Ticket System] Auto notification

 * I’ve installed this plugin and it seems to partly do what i need it to do. However
   there are no settings for it so i’m stuck with trying to edit the core files.
   The problem is i’m not a php developer so can anybody help me edit this plugin?
 * First of all, when a user submits the form to create a ticket only the user gets
   an email. How can i make it so when the ticket is created to email both the user
   and the admin (or other user)?
 * Any help will be appreciated.

 * I think it is very strange why it not notify admin too ?
    but I´m sure a wordpress
   coder can solve this 😉 so please help us …
