This is not meant as a criticism, so please do not take it that way.
I am almost finished setting up a new site that will hopefully, be bringing in an income of sorts.
A big part of this is hinged on the membership option I choose to use on the site.
This plugin looks great but one factor is bothering me at the moment:
1. The lack of support [and yes, I realise that it is voluntary when using the free plugin option], but even the voluntary support is an indicator of how the paid option often works.
I have added a few threads to this support forum and as yet have had no replies at all, so I am only asking this question because I genuinely would like to know what support this plugin [both for free and the paid] does offer.
As it happens, I have sorted through a few issues I had in regards to using the plugin, so I do not need any replies to those threads mentioned. This is not the point of this topic.
What I would really like to know, is if anyone has paid for support via the author's plugin site and can honestly provide me with some feedback as to how effective it works.
Any help would be much appreciated.
