    Hi there, I wanted to know if this plugin (especially the addon bundles) are still supported?

    I have reached out via email and haven’t seen a response yet. I also noticed the forum is not actively supported.

    I have advised a client to purchase the addons bundle so just need to know if support is responsive 😉

    Yes all still supported. I’ve done a search through support emails for ‘dragonweb’ but nothing came up. Can you confirm the email/name used on the query and I’ll take a look.

    I’ve replied to you multiple times about this issue (9th Jan and 10th Jan) so you must not be getting my emails.

    In both of my responses I asked:

    ‘Is it possible to get access to the WP backend? Or at the very least the Thesaurus details you’re using?’
