Suggestions for Jewellery Repair site using existing courier and booking plugins

    Hi all

    A client of mine wants a Jewellery Repair website and here is the process as simplified as possible

    1. User – Books repair online(adds photos)
    2. Client – Confirms price
    3. User – Agrees price and pays
    4. Courier – Collects item from user and delivers to Client
    5. Client – Completes repair
    7. Courier – Collects item from client and delivers to user
    8. User – Gives feedback

    Has anyone any suggestions as to how, if at all, this could be done using existing plugins. Ideally it needs to utilise a couriers API integrated with a booking system
