PLUGIN SUGGESTIONS

Hi All,
I have a question about if it is possible to achieve the following functionality.

Basically, I run a catering business.
Each client makes an order each day of multiple items.
I need the orders to be totaled from all clients and emailed through each day to the kitchen for production. That is step 1.

I need the system to then invoice them weekly or monthly with their total orders for that period, so they can make payment through the site.

Is there any plugin that could handle this type of setup?
