Thanks for the information and I’ve had a read through a few of them.
My issue is I not actually sure now it was a hacker. I accessed a page from my dashboard and it said there was an earlier version saved. When I selected to view the earlier version it started some kind of count down saying it was going to delete everything. Is this normal? Anyway I quickly got out of that screen and kept using WordPress without issue for the next few hours. I then thought I should get a plugin to help with security. It was from that plugin that it suggested entering a new URL for login access. Since then I logged out after changing it I have never been able to get back in to see my dashboard.
Also I cant remember the name of the plugin and I cant log in to see it.
Hello
I found that I could log in via an FTP username and pasword. Excuse my ignorance, Im new to WordPress and all the set up.
I found that the plugin was called – protect-wordpress-form-hacker.
Is there a way of deleting it from the FTP way in? Or resetting the log in page from that way?

Just letting everyone know that I didnt figure out how to fix the problem. WordPress access my file and made the plugins invalid, which is great.
I believe the guy that fixed mine cleaned my .htaccess file. Or something like that.
Thanks.
