Hello @imanzanonavaza ,
Greetings for the day!
I’ve taken the time to review your site’s checkout page by adding a product to the cart and proceeding with the checkout process. It’s apparent that the Ajax call for data collection is functioning smoothly.
To illustrate this, I’ve included a reference screenshot for your convenience: Screenshot.
The issue appears to be related to the CRON job, which has marked the data as abandoned orders. For guidance on resolving the issue of abandoned orders not being captured, I recommend checking out our comprehensive article on the matter: Abandoned Orders Not Capturing.
I trust that this information proves valuable. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.
Best regards.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
I have the cron configured in CPanel like this. Hosting support has confirmed to me that it is a correct configuration.
0,30 * * * * /usr/local/bin/php /home/***/wp-cron.php
It is definitely the CRON. I made a manual call to the external URL and it retrieved a bunch of carts all of a sudden…
