There certainly is. Go to Tool-s>Subscribers in the WordPress admin area and ‘filter’ on your Registered Users.
Now, scroll to the bottom on the screen and use the Bulk Update options there.

Thanks. It was not intuitive to me to do the filtering first in order to get to the bulk management. How about having a link “Bulk Management” that applies that filter and goes directly to that function.

I’ll have a thing about the layout of that screen and see if I can make it a little more intuitive.
My obstacles are that generally you will expect to see all your Subscribers when you first visit that page. But Bulk Updating can only apply to Registered users. As such having it available on all screen is / was confusing.

I’m new to the system and am having problems with the Subscribe 2 functionality. I am currently working with version 8
On our system we have Public and Registered users – however, some people from both groups are not receiving our blogs. I have tried the Bulk Management update function but this doesn’t seem to fix the problem.
Any ideas on how I can isolate the problem and fix it?

If some from each group are getting emails while others are not this would be fairly typical of a server limit being exceeded. The first emails sent succeed but after a server specified limit is hot further emails fail.
Make sure in the Settings area you are sending to 1 recipient per email and also make sure that the selected sender in the dropdown list has an email address on the same domain as your blog (so if your site is http://www.example.com the email would be like admin@example.com)
If that’s already done or doesn’t help speak with your hosting provider about the restrictions they impose and what you needed to do to make sure you comply with them at the time of sending.
