[Plugin: Subscribe to Double-Opt-In Comments] Auto subscribing every time after initial subscription

    Recently on my site http://screenrant.com a problem has cropped up. If someone leaves an initial comment and subscribes to the thread, the next time they leave a comment, even if they do NOT check the subscription box, it auto-subscribes them.

    So once someone subscribes, from then forward they are subscribed to every post where they leave a comment whether they check the box or not. And even if they unsubscribe from EVERYTHING, the next time they leave a comment without checking the box it subscribes them automatically again.

    Any help?
