• Users are unable to access the “manage subscription page” since I upgraded to WP 3.2.1. As an administrator I cannot see my own subscriptions.

One of my bloggers (clubtroppo.com.au) uses the opt-out default. A busy thread has emerged and the unsubscribe option has gone walkabout at an inopportune time.

I have tried disabling/re-enabling and manually applying the SQL statement to import data into the postmeta table.

  • Hi Jacques,

so you’re saying that even after running the manual import, you still cannot see your subscriptions? Is this a multisite installation of WordPress? What is the URL of the site having problems?

    Thank you,
    Camu

Me too, since I upgraded plugin, I can’t see all my subscriptions (Search subscriptions, option: view all the subscriptions)

Hi Zepolo, please take a look at this page

    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/subscribe-to-comments-reloaded/faq/

Long story short: deactivate and activate StCR, and you should be good to go!

    Dear

I have also tried to make manage subscriptions page but nothing worked for me can you tell me what is the problem there.

and how to add a unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email if the user don’t want to receive any further communication.

Like: I am receiving mails from users continuously i wanted to unsubscribe me from that comments when i click on unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. I should be unsubscribed. No need to get at manage page or enter email like that.

    Thanks
