I forgot to add that I have the Management page settings set to the plugin default: http://www.bmedreport.com/comment-subscriptions

This appears to be compatible with my page permalinks?

Update: I tried changing the Management page setting to http://www.bmedreport.com/archives/2811341342

I hoped this would match my permalink structure better.

No luck, same results. Plugin works fine with no errors but I still get this in my WordPress stats (plugin) page: #9999999 (loading title).

    Any ideas? I’m stumped.

That is the page ID of the “virtual” page generated by my plugin. What plugin are you using for your stats? I guess that plugin is tricked by the fact that the page doesn’t really exist in the database, but is created on-the-fly by my plugin. There’s a workaround, which involves the creation of an actual page in your WordPress environment:

Please let me know if this solves the issue.

    Thanks for the quick response.

I am using the usual WordPress stats plugin.

I’ll check out the solution and get back to you.

Thanks again for the quick response.

    Chris

You should give my plugin a try for your stats 🙂

I’ll check out your stats plugin. Thanks. How does it impact page load performance? That is my number 1 concern now for all plugins.

One more question about Comments Reloaded.

I want a more integrated look for the “Notify me of followup comments. You can also subscribe without commenting.” Basically, I want it to appear on the same line as the checkbox and in smaller font. I looked through plugin CSS but couldn’t seem to find the relevant area.

    Thanks!

You will need to customize your theme’s CSS, not my plugin’s. As you can imagine, I can’t WRITE a CSS that is compatible with ALL the themes out there 🙂

No problem. I realize you cannot do that. I mistakenly thought the plugin called this from its own CSS, but apparently not. I am not super-CSS literate, but I will figure something out.

Thanks for this excellent plugin. I will go rate it right now!

    Chris

Well, you may want to leverage the custom CSS classes associated to the HTML generated by my plugin, to customize those elements. Also, I’m planning to extend those classes to allow futher customization.

I am still trying to figure out how to adjust the text next the checkbox (“Notify me of followup comments. You can also subscribe without commenting”).

Basically, I want it to appear on the same line as the checkbox. I’ve looked everywhere on how to adjust this, but my code illiteracy is really getting in the way on this one.

It isn’t the developers job to help us customize his plugin. I am hopeful that someone who uses this plugin might be able to tell me which file to make the change – it will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Chris

Sorry, that depends on your theme’s CSS. As you may understand, I cannot offer support for ALL the themes existing out there. You may want to contact those who developed your theme and ask them for help.

    Best,

Thanks for the response. I realized that CAMU. That’s why I asked if anyone from the community might be able to help. You offer a good suggestion to ask the theme developer… I might try that out too.

Yes, sure. And don’t forget to vote for my plugin!

I already gave it a 5-star rating! Thanks!
