[Plugin: Subscribe To Comments Reloaded] Anyone use this with SuperCache?

I’ve just been told by a site user that after they make a comment, the page goes white and lists errors similar to the following:

I’ve been through the normal removal of whitespace in wp_config.php as well as the comment.php and pluggable.php files but the issue persists.

It doesn’t occur when the comment is listed as Spam or requires moderation approval. Nor does it happen if an Admin comment is made.

I went through deactivating plugins and the problem seems to be with StCR

I’ve recently installed SuperCache as well and wondered whether there might be some incompatibility?

Thoughts or suggestions?
