[Plugin: Stream Video Player] Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

I have tried to activate this seemingly wonderful plugin but I get the following error.
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

I tried it on another blog with the same version of wordpress it worked fine.

help please.
