[Plugin: Stray Random Quotes] Only Admin can edit quotes

Hello all,

I love the plug-in, but there seems to be a glitch somewhere that only the Admin can edit the quotes. If an editor etc checks under Manage, they just get the message that there are no quotes. I have ‘Enable multiuser capability’ checked.

Any ideas? Thanks!
