• Hello there,

    I will be needing help with the google reviews widget plugin we are using on our website.

    When the website loads on the safari browser, widget worked successfully and shows the reviews and see all reviews link as well. But when the user loads the homepage again, the widget becomes static and no popup showed. The same issues occur on the website subject pages ie French, English and Spanish.

    I have tested the widget on the chrome browser and it is working fine over there. All, I am getting an issue on the safari browser.

    I would request you to please help me in resolving the issues so that the user can check our google reviews on the website.

    Hi,

    I have tested and it works in Chrome, FF and Safari without any problem. I attached two screenshots, the first is a Chrome and the second in the Safari:

    I think the issue may related with a cache of your Safari browser, could you clear it or check in the Incognito mode?

    Please let me know how it goes.

    Thanks for your reply. Based upon your instructions, I have cleared my browser cache and but still the plugin didn’t work on safari browser.

    The plugin widget worked only once on the website after that the widget becomes a static image on the safari browser. Upon widget click, a popup didn’t appear and users are not able to check the reviews. I have checked the issue on both Macbook and iPhone devices as well but no success.

    I would request you to please help me in resolving the issues so that the user can check our google reviews on the website. Also, if required, I can share the video of the issues we are facing.

    Also, please tell me the version of your iOS browser.

    PS: By the way, did you try the issue in the Incognito mode?
