# Plugin stopped working after update – Disable cache

 * Seems I’m not alone with Master slider stopping working after the latest update.
   I disabled all plugins to no avail, tried the shortcode instead of the PHP, stood
   on my head and whistled in French but nowt worked.
 * The solution is buried further down this support page from Averta. Disable the
   cache in Master Slider Settings. All worked again…. just saying…
 * Maybe it was whistling in french.
