The plugin implementing it, a cookie consent plugin, is still active on your website, but I can’t see the consent popup. Try to deactivate that plugin and test again. You will need to check if there is a conflict with one of the other plugins, or with the theme. * You said it stopped working some time ago. Do you remember if you made any changes back then? Like installing a new plugin? * You can try a few things: * 1. Disable plugins one by one and check with Pixel Helper if the issue is fixed. I would start with the Cookie Consent plugin. * 2. Do a test with one of the WordPress default themes. Please open our Events tab and look for such an event.
