I’m having the same issue. When I inspect the page, none of the classes or IDs related to the plugin appear around the images int he lightbox.

Hi @swagglerock, it looks like the site in question may not be configured properly. Please see the “cURL Support” section of SLB’s Requirements for more details.

@scrainwaterz and @cwittie, as per WordPress’ forum guidelines, please create a separate thread for your issue so that your specific situation can be fully evaluated. Better yet, open a support ticket on SLB’s official support forum for more focused troubleshooting of your issue.

    Thanks.

    Hi @archetyped,

I work on the same site as @swagglerock.
I just verified with our web host provider that we do meet all of the SLB and WordPress requirements as specified. Do you have any other ideas what could be causing the issue?

    Same here.
It always worked, but a few days ago it stopped working, even though I did not move at all.
    Check http://sortemaniasudoeste.com.br/resultados/
But for some reason, rolling back to older versions didn’t solve.

Thanks for the response @archetyped. I don’t think it’s an issue with cURL though, both those sites are running on the same server and the host has confirmed everything is set up correctly.

    I had the same problem
I changed the website template to the default web template
    Removed and reinstalled the plugin
    Enabled my template again,

@ssaghian and that fixed it for you?

I was able to solve the problem, which in my case was an interference from the Async Javascript module on jquery.js.
Removing this file from the list of js files that are handled by this module, the problem has been resolved.
