 * Not sure why, but suddenly the plugin stopped tracking visits despite site being
   accessible just fine.
 * The site is [https://www.uselumen.ai/](https://www.uselumen.ai/), a new Ai directory/
   hub I launched last week. Oddly, it tracked first few days, then nothing on 19th,
   65 on 20th, 112 visitors on 21st, then today 0 again.
 * Running Version 2.5.2 without Litespeed cache, only Cloudflare CDN (proxy) which
   I’ve purchased numerous times.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fplugin-stopped-tracking%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Please assist. I deactivated, deleted the plugin (after resetting data first
   even), reinstalled. Same issue. Tracked for 2 days and then stopped today (google
   shows visitors, koko does not). Using same plugin on same server on 3 other domains
   without issues.

 * Hi [@chadi](https://wordpress.org/support/users/chadi/),
 * Browsing around your site just now I can see the correct HTTP requests being
   made to **/koko-analytics-collect.php** and returning **200 OK**. That means
   that data collection looks to be working correctly.
 * If statistics are not showing up correctly on your dashboard then it must mean
   that an issue occurs later on in the data collection process. This should usually
   show up as an error in your PHP error logs though. So, are there any error messages
   related to Koko Analytics in your PHP error log?
 * Could it be that something on your server is periodically removing the optimized
   endpoint file (koko-analytics-collect.php)?
