Plugin still supported?

I have tried for a month to reach support multiple times via mail, skype, messenger, supportchat, this forum, forum at plugin site. No answer anywhere.
Does anyone know if this plugin is supported?
Someone who can recommend an alternative? I´m looking at Hoicker now: https://hoicker.com/plugins/wallet/

I don’t know but I justr tried out hoicker and it seems much more robust imoh

Yes, I try it too now, and I´m glad. Seems much better!
Don´t know if support i better yet though.

Unfortunatly I will another plugin since I need to have these two functions in the wallet system:
1. Buyer must be able to add funds to wallet in the same cart as other products. In Terawallet this is possible via a workaround with adding cachback to a virtual product.
2. I need to be able to import transactions via csv-file. Also possible in Terawallet…

Too bad there´s no support to Terawallet, other recommendations are welcome…

I want to disable customers from using wallet balance when they ordering cashback products.
Is it possible?
