    I looked GeoIP, there is the possibility of adding a database, which is not possible at all sites in this case, there is also nation2ip that does the same thing and in between, I do not know what is the most accurate.
    Location-based services often are mistaken for IP.
    Therefore in the new version will be considered the language accepted by the user first, if it is not set, then IP tracking.

    Then it can be appealed to GeoIP API, but the plugin is already using the services of hostip, which I think is not very accurate, it locates evil.
