[Plugin: Star Rating for Reviews] : reset

I transferred my MySQL 4 database to a 5 and one of the things that got mucked up is the database part of this plugin. I use it for star rating, but also to create an automatically generated ‘top rated list’ for which this plugin uses the database. Strangely enough the plugin works fine on one subsite of my network, but not on another. I would like to ‘reset’ the plugin, but cannot find where it stores its data. Any clues anyone?
