    I have not tried this plugin much but seems like it could be a wolf in sheep clothing, options are always nice 🙂

    But I think you should consider dropping manipulating jQuery and definitely not load version 1.3.2 – that is from February 2009 and there will be compatibility issues with scripts expecting much newer version.

    Eksample is the Portfolio slideshow Pro you recommend your self 🙂 Also runs on jQuery Cycle. One of the latest version did this:

    Removed option for jQuery 1.4.4

    and that does not mean 1.3.2 is superb 😉

    Dont ask me but I would think you can just enqueue cycle script with the dependency of “jquery”. WP take care of rest.
