[Plugin: Soliloquy] Slider transition not working

I’m using the Soliloquy slider in my latest site design – I’ve used it before without issue.

I have set the slider as follows:

• Theme: Classic
• Dimensions: Full Width
• Transition: Fade
• Duration: 8000
• Speed: 400

However, the transition between slides is not a “fade” and slides “jump” from one image to the next.

I also notice that the “Horizontal” transition does crazy things and has slides “bouncing” left and right or sliding all the way around to the first slide without stopping.

I’m guessing a conflict between my theme (Smartia) and Soliloquy but don’t know where to start to resolve it.
