[Plugin: Socialize It!] I want absoiutely fixed position; possible?

Can anyone tell me how to adapt this plugin so it doesn’t move at all?

Compare, for example, with this: http://demo.pippinsplugins.com/simple-share/ It doesn’t move at all. This is the effect I need.
