[Plugin: Social Stickers] Better URLs for Google and Xing plus a Xing button

Hi Boštjan,

To make the links to Google+ and Xing more official and trustful, I’d advise to use the original links. Thus I created a modified version of the main php file. Note that updating requires deactivating and reactivating the plugin – I did not find out how else to get the base URLs updated.

Furthermore, I’ve added a Xing button for the Picons Theme.
