Social Sharing Toolkit
Long loop of errors, causing slow loading (3 posts)

    I'm using this plugin (version 2.1.1) with several sites running Genesis themes, and while in debug mode tracking down a completely different problem, I see about 50+ intances of this:

    Notice: Undefined index: enable in /wp-content/plugins/social-sharing-toolkit/social_sharing_toolkit.php on line 599

    and another 50+ of this one after the previous list:

    Notice: Undefined index: enable in /wp-content/plugins/social-sharing-toolkit/social_sharing_toolkit.php on line 615

    As far as I can tell, it's not affecting website display on either site, but I had wondered if it might be the cause of one of my admin menus hanging up after trying to save options.

    It's not likely, since the same hanging happens when I have social sharing toolkit disabled, but this might be something worthy of fixing in a new release :)

    I am having the same issue. I notice there is another thread reporting this issue 7 months ago(!) This plug-in seems to have good reviews otherwise, so I'm baffled. I'm using a custom theme that was started from twentyten.

    I've had the same issue.
    A quick solution is to edit the file /wp-content/plugins/social-sharing-toolkit/social_sharing_toolkit.php.

    Check the lines in the file where the error is reported; there's an IF statement like:

    if ( $this->options[......][$button]['enable'] == 1)

    Change the statement with this one:

    if (array_key_exists('enable', $this->options[......][$button]) && $this->options[......][$button]['enable'] == 1)

    Be aware that the changes you have made will be overwritten on plugin update.
