[Plugin: Sociable] How to remove original icons when repositioning

    I’m wanting to reposition the icons after the <!–more–> tag and can do this using the code given on the Sociable website. I am not able to find any info regarding removing the default positioned set of icons from the post, so I end up with 2 sets of icons.
