 * I am looking for a plugin that will allow a site visitor to comment and post 
   a picture. Does such a plugin exist? and I just can’t find?

 * I am looking for the same type of Free plug in. I understand there are security
   risks, but I would think there would be a way to handle images in a secure/semi-
   secure way.
