hello, there is no need for a shortcode or a widget, this plugin generates an entire custom page exactly like the screenshots but with your photos and your wordpress theme.

if you are having any sort of trouble
first update your permalink settings to custom structure and in the text field enter /%postname%

second check to make sure the portfolio page is added in your navigation menu under the appearance –> menus or in your theme settings.
