# Plugin slows down site?

 * Hi,
 * It seems that the plugin slows down pages it appears on. I turned the plugin 
   off and the category pages on my site now load fast. I turn the plugin on – and
   the category pages load slow or even do not load at all, giving a 500 error message.
 * The thing is, that when I installed the plugin it was fast. Since I have installed
   the plugin I have loaded maybe 320 more products, I have about 350 products.
 * Any hint on this? How can I solve this? I really like this plugin and I would
   love it to work with my website.

 * Hello. You can switch off dynamic recount which makes MySQL queries + you can
   use super cache plugin [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/),
   or any other… In future versions will be dynamic recount functionality…
