• The problem here appears to be the plugin using an old version of ajax-admin. Particularly /?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments and admin-ajax.php take an average of 6 – 10 seconds generally speaking. Disabling the plugin gave me the results below.

    Statistics about the page:

    Performance grade: A – 95
    Load time: 465 ms
Faster than 97 % of tested sites
    Page size: 463.2 kB
    Requests: 27

    Hello @dbrewerton,
We are sorry you didn’t have good results using our plugin.

Can you please tell us your site url?
We are going to investigate your issue.

Anyway, the plugin is going to be updated to version 1.1.5 soon.
Maybe it can solve your issue.

    Thanks

Well, when the 1.1.5 version comes out I’ll be happy to test it for you. This URL I cannot give out unfortunately, wish I could.

    Hi again @dbrewerton,

Could you please test our new 1.1.5 version?

    • Meanwhile, can you tell us what kind of tests did you make to reach these results?
    • And regarding the wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments i think it’s from WooCommerce itself, therefore not related to our plugin, but I will investigate it anyway

    Thanks

Meanwhile, can you send us some information about how you got those results?
We really want to help you on this issue.

I will try to do some testing after this week. This week I am struggling with personal issues related to family.
