 * Also, I can only seem to access the slideshow through the admin menu if I am 
   logged in as an admin-is there way to allow other roles to access it?

 * I view the slideshow all the time in mobile, what feature are you looking for?
   Do you want it to resize based on the browser?
 * And yes, pro version will have it so you choose who can edit the slideshow config,
   your bloggers etc…
