I see you havent added the images to the slideshow yet, just uploading them to WordPress doesn’t put them into the slideshow.
If you go to your slideshow, you see a slides list on the right-hand side of the page. Click on the ‘Image slide’ button to insert an image slide and a pop-up will appear where you can insert the images you want into the plugin.
Your slideshow should then show the images.
I hope that helps!
Thank you very much for your prompt response. That’s the problem –
images are there, I can see them on the right hand side. Also i have
added the text slide, I can’t see it either. The background is still
white even though I have changed the style for “dark”. I DID saved the
changes. Still no luck
I may have an idea where the issue resides, could you please paste the shortcode you use for this slideshow here?
Also, would you happen to know what version of PHP you work on?
Thank you very much for getting back to me
short code:
[slideshow_deploy id=62]
I do not know what PHP version I am using, but I can check if tell me how
Thanks for the information. I think the PHP version shouldn’t be the problem, like I initially thought.
I may have found an answer, but I’m still not entirely sure that this is what caused the problem. It would be great if you could download and install the development version of the plugin from this url: http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/slideshow-jquery-image-gallery.zip
I’m very sorry for the inconvenience.
