    I have managed to hide the thumbnails using css but still interested to hear if there’s options within the shortcode.

    This is a great plugin, but I encounter the same problem as mentioned above.

    I cannot disable the thumbnails. Neither using the shortcode, nor using the plugin settings. CSS is a temporary solution, but I wished either the shortcode or the plugin settings method would work.

    OK, I got it to work using the shortcode.

    This was a case of reading the readme file well and using the right shortcode.
    Using [slideshow showthumbs=”false”] did the trick.
    Still, changing it in the settings area doesn’t seem to work though.

    We have also just committed v1.2.1 of the Slideshow Gallery plugin with a fix for the thumbnails setting not working. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this.
