[Plugin: Sliderly] Getting error 500 and "Forbidden, you don't have permission…"

Hello, when clicking “add image”, i get the following error:

    *Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin//media-upload.php on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.*

To be honest, I’m not sure about this one. I’ve had Sliderly installed on multiple sites on multiple servers, and never run across it. Maybe a server-related permissions issue?
