Hi, I seem to have done something wrong! I have the plugin activated and when I create a page and put [sp_news_slider design=”design-33″ slides_column=”1″ slides_scroll=”1″ show_read_more=”true” show_date=”true” show_category_name=”true” show_content=”true” content_words_limit=”20″] into the page all that shows is the shortcode. the shortcode you are using is our pro plugin shortcode.

another thing is you copied the shortcode directly and paste it to the ‘visual’ in editor.
please put shortcode in ‘text’ editor.

and, we recommend you to manually type quotes in the shortcode paramaters.
because shortcode parameters does not work with any special characters.

Thank you for your quick reply. I went ahead and upgraded to Pro but now, when I select the option for “News Designs” there is an error message: “There was an error retrieving the data from the server. Please try again later.” I am not having any problems connecting to other sites.

I think your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is block our IP.
Please Contact to your ISP and remove from black list our IP.
and Also Contact to your Hosting Provider to confirm Our IP is blocked or not.
