[Plugin: SimpleModal Login] failing on WP 3.4

Hi Eric,
I just love this plugin but I am experiencing mysterious errors on 3.4.
All login/register modal screens show up fine but all fail when submitted.

See error on Chrome<img src=”http://i.imgur.com/uypje.jpg” title=”Hosted by imgur.com” alt=”” />
Standard wp login works fine and new regs are allowed.
