[Plugin: SimpleModal Login] empty_both error again

I am getting empty_both error after a successful login. I have to manually refresh the page and that gives me my account links and log out buttons.

When it tries to refresh it only loads a jquery slider on the page twice, it seems its not loading the entire page.

Any ideas I have tried the fix found `

and the email for the password is not being sent. Anyone have any ideas?
