  • First – great plugin – I love it and so do my clients.

    But, and right now it’s a big but….

    I decided that the plugin was good enough to pay for, and I decided I wanted access to premium support. So I shelled out my $30. However, the site tells me that my licence has expired – it hasn’t – I bought it 2 days ago, and it wants me to renew. ANd what’s worse, when I install the premium download version it kills my map and the API field disappears from settings.

    So I contacted the developer via the contact us link on his site. Silence. Anyone else got experience of the premium support, because right now it feels anything but premium and I have a site deadline looming that I need access to the forums to finish.

    How can I get in touch with the developer, or does anyone have an idea why I get the expired licence message and a dead map with the premium download?

    We’ve replied to you but haven’t heard back yet. The license is tied to your URL. We probably just need to fix a typo.

    Hmmm…. Glen, I’ve also been waiting six days for a response to my pre-sales question. Just rechecked my spam folder… nary a word from y’all.

    basically my question is that i’m building a client’s site on a dev url. so if i register that url, am i able to transfer the license once we go live on the final domain? and how is that done and how long does it take. thanks. beth

    I sent a request a couple of days ago for you to change the licence URL and haven’t heard back. I know you are probably busy, but I could really use the support forum right now!


    Hello, I have the same problem as Andy, I have sent an mail to through the contact us page and still nothing. I paid for the premium package like 3 days ago but still is says my license has expired. Please i need help on this.
